How do you know if you are doing an effective job?

We work with you to identify key performance indicators; measurable outcomes of your activities within each area of core competency.

Examples of key performance indicators may include:

• at least 75% of visitors participating an interpretive program must be able able to accurately recount two or more of its central themes
• 85% of participants that evaluate an interpretive program give it a score of good or very good
