Sue Ellen has been fostering environmental citizenship in Canadian parks and nature centres for many years. As head naturalist at Edmonton’s John Janzen Nature centre over a two year period, she increased attendance to programs and events by 35% to pass the 100,000 mark, and revenues rose by 25%. Sue Ellen has behind-the-scenes insight into the diversity of interpretation practice across the North America through her award-winning television series Nature Walk. She is the executive director of Interpretation Canada and editor of its journal, InterpScan. |
