These four appendices are compilations of our research on the natural and cultural features and processes plus current interpretation-related infrastructure throughout the district and at major sites. They were used throughout the planning process to inform the selection and development of interpretive themes and make decisions of focus and emphasis. It can be used by Alberta Parks staff and volunteers as one-stop sources of information about their sites.

Appendix 4: Glenbow Ranch Provincial Park Visitor Centre: Preliminary Assessment and Concept Plan

This appendix describes, illustrates and assesses the suitability of an existing house located within this new park as a visitor centre. It also includes a preliminary concept plan showing how this structure could be used as and interpretive and information centre.
