This section identifies staffing, knowledge, skills, infrastructure and support that must be in place if you are to deliver effective, relevant and engaging interpretation.

For example, a critical success factor for delivering a dramatic presentation may require the following:

• access to the site of the historical event
• perhaps, an amphitheatre located at or near the historic site
• opportunities for visitor participation
• 2 staff with theatre training
• regular dramatic professional development for those staff
